April 2014: Sabina Higgins, flying the flag for Irish Design.

 Irish Fashion and Design has certainly been in the spotlight this week with Mrs Sabina Higgins’s sartorial choices of Irish Designers during the President’s State Visit. Sabina looked really fabulous in her array of outfits from Irish Designers, attending the many State’s functions, from sweeping shimmering ball gowns from Louise Kennedy to stunning suits from Caroline Kilkenny. The World’s eyes were definitely focused on who and what Sabina wore.

Anastasia is really delighted that Sabina Higgins wore this stunning pink Aideen Bodkin outfit chosen from Anastasia Boutique last night at the Royal Albert Hall during the President’s State visit.

Earlier in the week, many Talented Irish figures from the Fashion Industry were honoured at a private lunch in the Irish Embassy, hosted by Gretta Mulhall the wife of the Irish ambassador.

Among the 40 guests was Publisher Norah Casey, Designer Simone Rocha, Stylist Darren Kennedy and Designer Orla Kiely. Anastasia is very proud to have beautiful pieces from the Orla Kiely collection in store.
