October 2009: Great New Looks for AW '09

Great new looks for Autumn Winter 2009 season are coming into Anastasia, a gem in the heart of Ranelagh. Anastasia has an eclectic mix of great designers for women who have a real sense of style.

For day to night wear there is a range of gorgeous dresses including funky wrap dresses in lovely patterns and cable knit dresses, as well as long swinging wool cardigans in black, charcoals, vibrant colours and winter white. There is a range of classically cut wide legged and straight trousers and skirts, both short and long, swinging and pencil shaped, which are perfect wardrobe stables. Jersey separates and ink blue jeans, as well as funky handbags and bright scarves are arriving in.

New labels this season include:

M for Missoni is part of the Italian dynasty, infamous for creating silky knits in vibrant patterns since 1958. Missoni is synonymous with sophistication and glamour and is a favourite of Hollywood stars such as Kate Hudson and Jennifer Lopez

Twin Set is a strong Italian brand set up in the 1990s. The collection has a creative colourful and almost eccentric twist. Her range includes sophisticated dresses, skirts and tops in interesting combinations of fabrics, colours and prints and in soft feminine shapes.

The anthology of Dina Bar- el is a beautiful range of evening wear and cocktail dresses in vibrant jewel colours and shapes which flatter the curves on the woman’s body. Her dresses continue to grace the red carpet on numerous celebrities including Penelope Cruz and Eva Longoria.

London Designer Elizabeth Lau has a fun and feminine vision of dress. She designs an easy to wear range of dresses, coats and knits which dress you up instantly. Her signature attributes include hand finished embellishments, love heart motifs and liberty of London prints.

Rita Hraiz has created a beautiful and ethical range of cashmere items inspired by colour therapy. Each piece has a real feel of ultimate luxury and is truly uplifting.

Orla Kiely – is recognised for her unique and quality clothing. Her signature look is one where colour, pattern and texture come together in distinctive and wearable outfits.

Stella Forest – Well known French designer Stella Forest is known for her feminine with a hint of boho garments which as well as being very pretty are highly wearable and well priced.
